Question : Why are pictures important and what should I photograph?
Answer   : Put yourself in the place of the buyer! No pictures could mean your property listing is unattractive, or needs lots of work, or is in a terrible neighborhood. Show it off! Pictures are the most important piece of your marketing effort. Buyers will use your photos to imagine themselves living there. They'll want to see both interior and exterior shots and especially your grounds and any views. Listings with many good pictures get far more attention than listings with few pictures.

Question : How can I view the contact details for a listing?
Answer   : The person who is marketing the property will include contact information in the listing ad. If it isn't included, they've chosen to keep that quiet, but you can click the "Interested In this Property? Click Here!" bar below the listing ad and send them an email.

Question : What is the best size photo to upload
Answer   : For best reproduction on the site, upload photos approximately 448 x 336 or 336 x 448. They should be no more than 2 Megabites each. These sizes are for guidance only. If your photo, once uploaded, looks strange, you may need to reduce the size. Enlarging small photos, will often distort their appearance.
